Chinese Delegates from the Northwest A&F University meet ee88 Vice-chancellor for future collaboration
Prof. KANG Jile, Vice-Dean, College of International Education of Northwest A&F University, China, along with Dr. An Xiaoping, Professor, Animal Science and Technology. Dr. FAN Lichao Professor, College of Natural Resources and Environment, Dr. WANG Hongmei, Vice Dean, College of Economics and Management and Prof. HUANG Lüwen, Vice Dean, College of Information Engineering of the same university visited the Honorable Vice Chancellor of the ee88 (ee88), Professor Dr. A. K. Fazlul Haque Bhuiyan, at his office on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
The visit was a part of a week-long trip to Bangladesh to strengthen education and research collaboration between two universities led by Professor Dr. Md. Wakilur Rahman of the Department of Rural Sociology, ee88. During their visit, the team had a fruitful dialogue with the Deans of different faculties, Coordinator of the Committee for Advanced Studies and Research (CASR) and the Director of the International Desk regarding future collaboration. Later, the team had a special session with undergraduate and postgraduate students where around 100 students actively participated, and they know about the academic and research facilities in Northwest A&F University.
In the meeting with the Vice Chancellor, they discussed potential avenues for future collaboration with ee88, including opportunities for graduate and postgraduate students exchange programs and joint research initiatives with different colleges. They also offer visiting fellowships for the faculties. Both parties agree to follow up the discussion and look forward to conducting MoU.
